Recently started on A52 and I enjoy buildcrafting, how does this game handle ability scaling?
Do all (non weapon scaling) skills just scale the same with AP and SP? And if not is there a way to see the exact scaling of every ability? The database seems to be in maintenance perpetually and the wiki doesn't list abilities from what I can tell.

Tried to do some testing myself with the MS AP/SP elixirs and at least according to the tooltip, spell abilities don't scale at all while your usual AP abilities scale with both. This seems a bit odd to me so I'd like some guidance to understand the systems better.
