Childhood toy valentine dog

I’m trying to identify a possible lost media / obscure animated Valentine’s toy dog from around the late 2000s to early 2010s.

Here’s what I remember:

\- It was definitely a dog (not a monkey)
\- Terrier-style appearance, possibly Jack Russell-like
\- Red outfit or red accessories
\- Held a heart in its paws/hands
\- Valentine’s Day themed
\- Animated / dancing / walking plush toy
\- Played a song very similar to “I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)” by Pitbull, or at least a similar upbeat dance track
\- Could have been sold in Canada or North America in seasonal stores like Walmart, pharmacies, or gift shops

I’ve looked into Gemmy and other seasonal plush brands, but I still haven’t found the exact model.

Does anyone remember this toy, own one, or have photos/videos/listings of it?

Any help would be hugely appreciated this has been driving me crazy.
