TBI Claim
I have a pending claim for tbi residuals. 5-ton I was driving in Iraq was blown up with RPG. I have pictures, a medal, and an email al confirming the date and accuracy of account. I did not go the doc in service. Went pretty crazy on drugs after. Now I’m rated 70% for ptsd. I have documented neurological deficits with verbal processing and memory. I do very well with IQ and vocabulary. I remover what I read. I just don’t process verbal interactions as fast as others and forget most of the conversations. I have tested by audiology (auditory processing disorder and tinnitus), psychologist - 9th percentile auditory short-term memory, and neuropsychologist- low scores on auditory short term memory. These tests were done because I thought I had dementia. These Va (one this claim alone) has sent me three C&P exams for tbi. What does it take for me to convince them this is real?
