Arctis Nova Pro wireless dac not recognized by pc but works
My experience with this headset has honestly been very mixed. I upgraded to this from a razer black shark v2 pro and it’s given me too many problems that I didn’t have to deal with previously. First problem that was annoying was the usb port I was using on my motherboard to power the dac stopped working. Not sure if the dac was the issue, but to me it’s seems like it could have potentially ruined that port. Sometimes the audio on the headphones glitches out and absolutely destroys my ears until I turn it off and on again. And today when I turn my pc on it says the dac isn’t recognized and steelseries gg wouldn’t even start, even when trying to run as administrator. I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it and everything works fine but my pc still says the dac isn’t recognized. Apart from that it literally works with the software and different eq’s work. I’m just wondering if anyone has had anything like this happen and any potential fixes. I’ve uninstalled the software and drivers and restarted my pc a bunch of times. Tried a different cable. Still not recognized. It works so I guess it’s not a terrible deal but it’s still annoying.
