Hello all!

I think something changed with the “Streaming Catalogue” add-on and I’m not sure if it’s just me.

A long time ago when I installed AIOstreams (from Nhyira), I also added Streaming Catalogue and it has been working perfectly ever since. For example:

- I can see “Netflix (Movies)” and “Netflix (Series)”

- I can filter by genre with no issues

But now I’m helping a friend set things up, and when installing Streaming Catalogue today (both via Community add-ons and Midnightignite), it’s completely different:

- It only shows “Netflix” (no Movies/Series split)

- No genre filter at all

- Same issue across other catalogs too

Everything else works fine, it’s just this add-on acting weird.

What’s confusing is that on my account, the “old version” still works perfectly.

Did something break?

Is this a new version of the add-on or just partially broken?

EDIT:I fixed it by force closing Stremio, clearing the cache, and setting my preferred subtitle language in the settings. Works perfectly now.

Hey,

I’ve run into a weird issue with Stremio and was hoping someone here might know what’s going on.

I’m using AIOstreams (from Midnightignite) and everything works perfectly on my phone and PC. I also installed subtitle add-ons (OpenSubtitles V3 Pro + SubDL with my API key), and I can see my preferred subtitles (Swedish and Italian) without any problems there.

But on Android TV, it’s a different story.

For some reason, I can only see English subtitles. My other preferred languages don’t show up at all, even when I select the exact same stream/source that works fine on my other devices.

So basically:

- Same add-ons

- Same account

- EVEN Same source

= But I keep getting Different results on Android TV

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there some setting on Android TV I’m missing, or is this a known limitation/bug?
