Can someone please explain this issue?

So I have an email associated with the estore, and we have 2 deluxe memberships under that email. We have never had any issues in the past, choosing the webkinz user names in the username box where it should be sent. With these boxes, it won't even allow me to add it to my email account on ganz. I didn't have any issues sending the flower hat today to both accounts, but they will not allow me to even add this to the cart for the 2nd account. It makes no sense!

Why do they allow more than one deluxe on the email if they won't send to both. If they wanted it to be one per email signup instead (which would also not be fair since they DO allow multiples under one email) they should specify that.

I hope this makes sense!
