Having interview tomorrow for a program planner lvl 4 and I am an expert in MS Project not Open plan 🙃 do I have a shot?

To make this brief, I am a schedule expert on MS Project but only familiar with OPEN plan. LM exclusively uses OPP.

Do I have a shot for a successful interview? Or am I cooked?

I had a learning curve but finally growing these in a bag (next time will be on a monotub) and was wondering if they are ready to harvest since they started pinning a lil over a month ago

Any advice welcome 🙏

Cased my monotub with TTVI A 4 days ago and still no pins... no signs of contamination that I know of ( 2 pictures below for other opinions) I see slight progress but not as much.

I used the dung loving substrate by north spore and cased with jiffy once fully colonized. Humidity 95% and temp of 77F.
