Hello all! We are struggling to fill a spot at a 4 year tribal college in Bismarck ND. Pay isn't top tier, but we are good people and the students are great, small class sizes. (Around 50k a year+ grants for summer)
Any thoughts?
Masters (or working on masters) and teaching experience is a requirement
Oh trust me I know that 50k is low! I'm a fellow instructor. After the grants I make 62k . But I agree. It's also worth noting, I am a fisheries biology instructor. Whoever would have this position would be my cohort. Without this position being filled, I would be forced to teach ALL of the courses. (30 CREDITS)
And if you guys say "it's too low" there are over 30 instructors here that make less than $70,000 a year. Me being one of them. So there is an obvious need and desire.
