Just started looking at the Equinox and was curious if there is any room to negotiate in general on prices? I am seeing what seems to be decent prices out there, but I always assume there is room to negotiate. Curious what your experience has been in the past few months.

For example:
2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV LT FWD w/ Convenience Package

13,000 miles

$26,480

I am not interested in buying from "Harry's Discount Motors" or "Dream Carz Unlimited" I would only buy from a real dealer or private party.

Single family home, rented at $2,300 for the past four years to the same family. Haven't raised rent once. In my area market value is around $3,100. I am not out to squeeze every penny from my tenants. Recently the heat pump failed. They still have electric heat and but it's VERY expensive to run. A new system is going to be $10k.

I know I should have been doing small, incremental rent increases every year but that's in the past. I was going to increase it by 5% this year regardless but I wanted to offer to replace the heat pump with a new system if they agreed to a 10% increase this year and a 5% next year.

I do not need to replace the heat pump. Legally I just need to provide a heat source and they still have that. But the heat pump would cut their winter utilities in half and provide AC in the summer.

What's become really clear to me is that the cost of doing anything has gone up so much since they initially leased the house that I need to increase it so I don't wipe out all my reserves each time something big comes up.
