I use the "Windows go below" visibility option for my panels for 2 reasons.

  1. My panel is semi-transparent and I always found it unnatural when I have an application fullscreen but see the desktop wallpaper behind the panel.

  2. I like the look of the floating panel and don't want it to dock when things are fullscreen because how often do I not have anything fullscreen? Rare.

The problem is that sometimes the panel covers things on the bottom of applications or web pages. In these instances I wish I could just hover over the panel and scroll down on my mouse or click and drag or something to temporarily hide it while I access what I need to. To my understanding there is no built in feature to accomplish this, but is it possible through other means?
