I'm not sure what it is but this guy just has a special aura. Feels like his passion and love for the game comes through the screen. And he seems to be building our defensive schemes based on our current personnel instead of forcing them to fit a prebuilt system. I'm so excited to see what he does with this absolutely stacked group on D.
