What is the Accelerated Degree Guide?

I'm an international student, I graduated high school few years ago already. I feel like it's time to get a degree now, but I worry about the costs. Additionally, I can't be bothered studying here in my own country, due to poor public transportation alongside traffic and most of the degrees you have to study and be at school everyday.

I remember I stumbled on a YouTube video few years back when I was considering college after graduating high school, and it was the accelerated degree, where some people even graduate in 2 months...

Now here I am, still a little bit confused. I was trying to find a consultant but they cost too much. But what I can understand is you can take 90 credits from Sophia or Study.Com... And the rest will be done under UMPI.. How can I know which credits should I get? I'm thinking of studying Business Administration. And should I apply now? Because I saw the article incident and a lot of people are afraid to what changes will come...

I want to get this study done, and regain my spark. I was up there when I graduate, I want to feel proud of myself again... And currently, I'm trying to build my skills to get a good job.
Thank you for those who will enlighten me.
