Hey Everyone,

So I'm having a bit of trouble lately. I'm working at a company where i have 3 years of experience now but I'm planning to switch to another company. However my CV doesn't seem to pass the ATS. I've tried applying across multiple companies/ job portals... all are getting rejected at screening stage. I'd got a few interviews after pushing my cv via some mutuals... otherwise no progress.

What can i do. My CV was made in xml and is in a pdf. I ran it thru AI (chat gpt and copilot) which have similar feedbacks and rated it 95/100.
