Hi All,

I am taking part in my first ultra in a few weeks, so forgive me if this is a silly question.

I have received the athlete guide, and it states part of the mandatory kit is "Waterproof whole body cover (i.e. covering the torso from head to ankles), with taped seams."

Would a waterproof jacket, along with waterproof trousers, meet this criteria? Or does it have to be an all-in-one, like a poncho? It feels silly, but I don't want to turn up on the day and get DQ'ed before I even start without checking.

Thanks,

I recently bought a new Giant Propel Advanced Pro 0 about a month ago, and have rode ~500km on it. I haven’t been out for 5 days, and went to go out today but noticed the rear tyre was pretty much completely flat. Before this, I did notice the rear tyre pressure drop about anywhere between 10-20psi between rides (usually over a couple of days) but thought nothing of it until now. The valve core seems in tact and there are no obvious punctures. However, as you can see from the video the all along the sidewall are what appear to be leaks.

Do I need a completely new tyre?
