Down 86 lbs (365 -> 279) in 7 months at 6'3". Is 230lbs too low?
Hey everyone, looking for some perspective on goal weights for taller guys.
Back in October, I reached 365 lbs. I lost about 15lbs the first month just through diet, then joined a gym and have been going 6 days a week since. As of this morning, I’m down to 279 lbs.
My training is all strength focused (just got 225 bench for the first time last week) followed by 30 of incline treadmill (3.0 speed 13 incline)
My original goal was 230lbs. I don’t want to be "skinny"—I’m perfectly fine being a bigger guy as long as it’s muscle and functional strength.

My concern is that 230 may be too aggressive as I’m 6’3 and have a big frame as it is. If anyone has any advice or anything I would greatly appreciate it.
