I have been building a small but curated domain portfolio and I would appreciate realistic pricing guidance from experienced domainers. I am mainly trying to understand wholesale value vs end-user value and whether it is worth waiting for the right buyer.
Portfolio:
- leh.ai
- lus.ai
- medc.ai
- catty.ai
- possessive.ai
- cryptobar.com (strong .com with clear brand potential)
Context:
- All domains are clean with no spam history or penalties
- No active development. Bought for brandability and future use cases
- The .ai names are short or brandable and positioned for AI startups
- CryptoBar.com is the main asset here. It feels like a strong brand for:
- crypto casino or betting platform
- Web3 social or trading hub
- real-world crypto themed bar or brand
I am not in a rush to sell. I am willing to wait if there is real upside, but I want to stay realistic about actual market liquidity.
Main questions:
- What would be realistic wholesale prices for a quick sale to investors
- What are reasonable end-user price ranges if I wait or do outbound
- Which of these would you personally hold vs liquidate
- Is it worth doing outbound for CryptoBar.com or better to list and wait
My current thinking:
- Short .ai names have some liquidity but limited wholesale ceilings
- Brandable .ai names depend heavily on the right buyer
- CryptoBar.com seems like the one with the strongest upside if the right buyer comes along
I would really appreciate honest opinions, even if critical. Trying to price these correctly and decide the best strategy.
Thanks
