Grad Students at NCSU

Are there any ways to connect with other grad students? I'm planning on moving to Raleigh at some point next month. My program coordinator said there could be a discord server or something. Any advice would be helpful.

Incoming Grad Student Seeking Advice

Hey everyone, I'm an incoming student to NC State’s aerospace engineering master's program. I'm moving from a small town in West Virginia where I did my undergrad. I’m also an international student. Does anyone have any advice on where I should look to live, where I could find roommates, etc.

I'm 23, so wouldn't mind if it's a bit noisy. I'm looking for RA or TA positions but haven't been very lucky so I'm looking to not be spending too much on rent and expenses at the moment, as long as the spot's clean and in a safe area, I'd be happy. Any advice would be helpful.

Hey everyone, I'm an incoming student to UF's aerospace engineering master's program. I'm moving from a small town in West Virginia where I did my undergrad. Does anyone have any advice on where I should look to live, where I could find roommates, etc. I was considering the on-campus housing sent through emails but heard it could take really long to get off the waiting list.
