I legit can’t figure out why YT shorts algorithm hates me

145% average percentage viewed. And yet it’s tanking at 1.5k views. Like what else do I need to do to make the algorithm happy?

I need advice. Why do my shorts tank at 1k views?

For context: I haven’t been able to escape the 1k view jail on my YT shorts. This one is about 42 seconds long and has a 69% stay to watch rate. Is that why it tanked? Keep in mind the same clip got 50k views on instagram. So I know it’s decent. Please help if you can and no toxicity.
