Following the announcement that BPI was ceasing production of Tirzepatide, I ordered BPI from a few telehealths, one of which was Rift r/joinrift. The Pharmacy Hub combined by orders for shipment, so my Rift portal didn't show tracking information.
Yesterday Rift customer service *reached out to me* to make sure I'd received my order. They'd noticed the portal didn't indicate it had shipped, so they'd contacted TPH to make sure they'd shipped it to me.
So many of us have issues chasing down resolutions from telehealth companies when something goes wrong. Maybe this has caused the bar to be low from a customer service standpoint, but I was super impressed by how proactive Rift was following-up on my order. I have an embarrassing supply of Tirzepatide right now, so won't be ordering any time soon, but friends Rift is the real deal.
