Hi everyone! I am a high school musical theatre major at my arts school. A couple months ago in February I got pneumonia (during a show, i had to perform with it! 😬). It wasn't a severe case, but performing definitely worsened it. And honestly, it feels like i still haven't fully recovered. My breath control has weakened, and I can't hold notes for as long as I used to, nor sing while dancing as strong as I once could. Is this something that I should talk to my doctor about, or is there exercises I can do to strengthen my lungs?

I do also have asthma so that could be a part of it lolol
