2016 Megane IV 1,2 TCE130 Grandtour GT-Line .. Keep or Upgrade?
So i'e got me an used Megane IV (10/16) in 2019 as a leasing return car for cheap. (13.500€) Fixed an issue with the chain tensioner while it was still under renault warranty. Other than a minor intake manifold leakage (fixed) the car had zero issues over the last 7 years. With the next planned service this June the suspension Arms are to be repaired (Rubber Parts cracked / porous). Other than that, the car is in a good shape, has always seen planned services and been treated well
I usually planned to drive the car until it's 10 years old or until it has reached 150.000km (115.000 as of now) an then upgrade.
I am now actually considering to things: Expand my deadline for for another 5 Years or use the remaining value of the car to upgrade now before the price dimishes even further. I'm kind of eyeing an EV (Scenic E-Tech) or an Symbioz HEV 160. Considering the prices as of now, and regarding the Price / Value i've got out of this car, i am kind of lost on what way to go.
