I guess I need a little bit of motivation 😀

I h been working out with ladder for over a year and like it very much.

not very consistent in the beginning due to a bad back, but since feb I am doing around 2-3 workouts per week on team alig.

I am 159 cm and 55 kg, and I would love to lose my belly love handles and a little fat in the back.

i currently do at least the 2 priority and e 1-2 other workouts, combined with some rowing or running.i realize that I am getting fitter and feeling better 💪 but wondering how long it takes until I see visible result? so what’s your story, it really helps me to continue
