Hello!
Hi friends! So, I thought I was gonna be staying in my current home after May, after finding 2 people to share the rent like I was doing with my current roommates. But the landlord says the owners probably won't want anyone living here so they can renovate the house. Yikes! Now I have to look around for a place to rent.
So, I'm putting it out there that I'm looking for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment, or even a room in a house like I'm doing now. Honestly, I would prefer that if possible because I have an eviction from 2024 under my name. (It was a difficult time, just lost my job, not much saved, all that). But I do have a job now, actually since July of 2024. So I do have the ability to pay rent, of course. I also have 2 female cats, that are spayed, ages 10 & 11.
So if anyone can help out with recommendations and whatnot, I'd greatly appreciate it. I ended up homeless last year for a short period of time and I do not want to have that happen again.
