Honestly, the saddest part of the monetization with the store is the lack of visual set pieces.

I started playing Diablo since my childhood and honestly one of my favorite parts about these games are making my character look cool. I know that armor set appearances weren't a major factor in Diablo 2, but they also included really cool character effects like with the Necromancer set or the glowing aura around your character. When Diablo 3 released set items released in Diablo 3, I was really happy to see them back in the game with really awesome looking designs.

Now with sets coming back in Diablo 4 but through charms, it really makes me sad to think about how the there's a lack of flashy armor sets that you can get for free. I see the potential of how amazing these sets can look through the shop, and really wish that there were at least some type of class set that you can get on that level of detail from completing an entire set for a class.
