Between two choices of same model and same builder in two communities, I’m interested in getting some opinions on which to prefer.

For context, both are by Richcraft.

  1. Bradley Commons - 15-20k cheaper

- End unit with backyard backing out to commercial zone (future, no plans yet)
- 300m from Hazeldean road
- Quick access to all shops, restaurants, highway, etc
- Lot has no sidewalk, fire hydrants, utility box, etc
- Nearest park 10-12 min walk, but good park

  1. Westwood - 15-20k more expensive than Bradley Commons
    - closer to fern bank and deeper in Westwood community
    - lot has side walk
    - backyard backing out to neighbor
    - 5-7 extra mins to all the shops, restaurants, highways

While Bradley commons have some uncertainties in what will be coming in, rest we like that area much more as it is involved and closed to all the facilities.
Looking for perspective in terms of resale value and ease as well. Appreciate any other points to consider as well that I may have missed.
