Tying to be in discipline since last 6 years
I experienced my first panic attack on April 1, 2020, and since then, I’ve had several more. My psychotherapist suggested that the key to overcoming this is to be disciplined, but he also mentioned that I might be heading towards depression. I find it incredibly difficult to maintain discipline, as it feels overwhelming. I’m also dealing with chronic procrastination. The biggest challenge is that I feel like I’m too late to improve myself, and I’m 36 years old.
I had many ups and downs this years
Sold my house to start business
But being lazy and procrastination i am not able to succeed the way i should
Just sitting home and watching youtube video thats all i do
