I started making fresh juice at home recently and now I’m realizing every person online gives a different answer. Some people say drink it immediately, others say it lasts 2–3 days, and then some claim it can last almost a week depending on the ingredients and storage.

I’m mostly making fruit and vegetable juices, and I’m trying to figure out how long they realistically stay fresh before the taste or nutrients start going downhill.

For people who make fresh juice regularly, how long do you keep it in the fridge before tossing it?
