I'm working for a small business it's just me and my boss and she is in her 60s and said she struggles with getting her head around technology and social media. She's asked me to handle it and honestly I also have no idea what to do. I've searched stuff up but like I just don't know, our main target is Instagram and Facebook, we are a holistic shop with a complementary therapy centre in the back. We have a lot of stock, lots of interesting things but I just don't know where to start or what to do.
Like 18 and I've spent a majority of my life using social media but I've never posted stuff myself and never thought about posting stuff for a business so I just don't really know what is the best kind of things to do. At the moment I've been just posting pictures of stock, advertisements on workshops we are hosting and I've done a few information type posts(idk what to call them), I haven't made many videos and I'm just working from my phone camera.
Sorry if this is a stupid question, or not the right place to ask this, but I just want to try and help my boss get more customers because sometimes we can go days with only 1 or 2 sales cuz business is so slow.
