I’ve read some interesting data that a whole food plant based diet can be very beneficial for UC and IBD as a whole. Currently on Tremfya and I’m 80-90 percent better but stools are still off and just overall not optimal. My quality of life is great but im curious if there’s some people who have experience with this. I’ve noticed I don’t respond well to eating meat and dairy. Interested in others experiences and thoughts.
