I love water tints but some cheaper ones, especially etude house ones settle into my lip fine lines or dry patches.
My favourite hack for putting them on is to put it on with the applicator like a Lip liner, then wait 5 seconds and blend it in.
Works perfectly, never settles into fine lines and also gives your lips a defined shape
