How are you handling arriving to a client's home and they or their kids are really sick? Or have guests showing up for their event obviously very sick? We've been seeing this more often and it is incredibly frustrating. Me or my staff wind up ill. The entitlement is driving me nuts. We had someone wait until the last minute to tell us oh hey by the way I have shingles and debated not telling you. Actual message I received the night before an event in their house. Wtf.
