Can anyone help?

For my whole life I've been wearing some cheap ass Huawei Freebuds and one day I decided that I want to upgrade them. So my parents got me some Airpods 4 and I really liked them but after 2 weeks they started giving me pain, I didn't know what to do but I read somwhere that my ears are gonna get used to it and it'll be fine, but after another 2 weeks the pain got so annoying I wasn't able to wear them anymore and I sold them. I got myself Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 FE, but the pain stayed. By the way I don't have the pain when I don't wear earbuds and it hurts the same no matter if I put the buds deep inside or just have them barely holding. I asked my parents about going to the doctor but they said It's a stupid reason and told me to look for some other earbuds instead. What should I do? The chances that the pain will stay the same even with some new earbuds are really high. I know that the answer is probably that I should get overhead headphones but I don't find them as comfortable. Im really frustrated and don't know what to do.

Also I don't know if it's the right subreddit to ask but I don't know where else should I ask it.

For about 2 years I've been struggling with ibs and oab (I don't know if they have anything in common but I got them basically at the same time), but to be honest I've always been eating a lot of junk food and because I'm pretty skinny I never thought it's that big of a problem.

Lately though my ibs has been really bad and I thought that I should probably try to eat less junk food, but I failed. At this point I'm so addicted to it that It's hard to ignore the cravings. Because of that I wanted to ask, has anyone saw any improvement after improving their diet?
