Transfer questions!
Hi everybody! I am currently enrolled in my local community college and plan to (hopefully) transfer to umich kinesiology in the fall of 2028, and I just have some questions for other transfer students to see if I have any chance of getting in at all 😖😪 (I'm in-state btw)
Ive done the math and if everything goes semi smoothly I will end up with a 3.3-3.5 GPA
(I had a super bad first semester but I am working very hard to fix it!)
But I am planning on getting an internship next summer and lots of volunteering/shadowing hours to help strengthen my chances.
But overall I was wondering, is it even possible for me to even get in with that low gpa? And to any transfer students what gpa did you get in with?
everywhere I read it says you need a 3.8-4.0 to transfer in.
I dont know if this matters but I am a Caucasian female of European descent.
