Am I the only one who sees Czech racism as a problem? Do foreigners (especially with darker skin) experience it strongly?

Today I have read some past discussions on this sub regarding cultural and racial themes and I honestly I almost got physically sick from the amount of bigotry I encountered. I shouldn't really be surprised since virtually all Czech online spaces are like this, but the fact that this is a space where Czechs interact with foreigners makes it ten times worse since I must be deeply ashamed and scared of the international embarassment resulting from these comments that could prospectivelly affect me as a Czech living in the Netherlands. And research actually supports the gut feeling that Czech Republic could as well be one of the most racist countries in Europe. Are there any foreigners here who have actually felt this irl, or is it just me underestimating the disparity between comments/polls and real life behavior?

Even though my primary field are natural sciences, I am fascinated with racism and anti-minority aggression in a negative way from a sociological perspective, so pardon my rant. And thanks in advance especially for perspectives of foreigners that have been in Czechia.
