The other day, I started my bike and it took a second for the ignition to actually start the bike. Later I stopped it that day and my bike ignition wouldnt even click. I was able to bump start it and it would run fine, the dash and electronics are also fine. My more mechanically inclined friends suggest a starter issue. None of the fuses are blown. The battery reads 13V while off, 12.4V when the key is in but not started, and 14V at idle. Looking for any suggestions / general insight.
