I need to find a prop drill that moves/ spins like a normal drill but won’t explode your hand if you touch it while it’s spinning. I’ll also take any recommendations for prop/ soft drill bits that fit onto an actual drill.

Hiya I read this manga ages ago and for the life of me cannot remember the name.
It’s a Japanese manga so the panels are black and white. The story is based in this kingdom that’s inspired by ancient china I think so imagine harems and consorts and emperors.
The ml is this guy who is emperor and he’s known for being super scary/ ruthless. He has long black hair and kinda looks like the ML from apothecary diaries but more masculine.
The FL is from a commoner background (I think I’m not super sure). Her hair is brown and has these cute hair loop things as a part of her hair style. I might be remembering wrong but I think she’s there against her will cuz I have a memory of a running gag of her constantly being put in a cage.
They eventually fall in love.
Side character wise, there’s this old guy who wants to bring back the harem since the new emperor basically abolished it and there was also a perfect noble woman rival character who ended up being not an enemy/ helps the MC if my memory is correct.
If anyone has any leads I’d super appreciate it.
