ISO - Help to cut knots from hair so I DON'T end up bald like I assumed I'd be from chemo - Lents/Happy Valley

PLEASE help me before I actually have to shave my head. At the start of my chemo treatment my Dr said that this kind of chemo usually didn't cause total hair loss, or at least not enough to cause me to become completely bald. I didn't believe her because the only meltdown I had during my consultation was about 'going bald.'

As time went on, I proceeded to privately freak out on a minor scale about each single hair I would see fallout everytime I'd brush it. Then came the severe depression once I noticed the immense amount of 'thinning' that had happened. So I put it in a French braid & ignored it. Between the depression & chemo side effects I was able to ignore it for a while. Until I noticed it was matted & no longer braided at my neckline. I have tried to get it out myself but it was between my shoulder blades & yeah, not happening.

I hate to beg but is there anyone who can help me get it cut off into a cute cut? A pixie or really short in the back bob - I've got approximately shoulder length chunks on the top, front & sides, the remaining hair (2/3) is in the back in 1 single matte that gets closer to the scalp daily.

If anyone can help me with this let me know, thank you.
