need serious advice

i have done BCA after that i learned full stack (react and node.js) from an IT institute completed in febuary this year. now i am finding jobs as a fresher and giving interviews.

now the thing is i only learned react and node in full stack but today i give interview and they offered 2 year bond where:
first 4 months - 4k stipend
4-12 months - 14k (2 or 3k gonna cut for security) means 11k
12-24 months - 18k (same security cut) means 16k
after 2 year bond they return security amount

blank cheque and copy of marksheets for bond

its acceptable but they are working on desktop app with .net, .net core and mysql which i am not familiar with so i have leave react and node and have learn .net and mysql from start. this is where i am confused.

i don't know should i accept this offer or what?

info related to company is that they are product based and have 200+ clients to handle (according to them). the company is not that big like in area or member wise. currently around 10-15 employees working in decent space. and the place is 4km from my home so distance is not the issue.
