Strategic Question: Multi-Platform Distribution & Geographic Origin (USA vs. Overseas)

Hi everyone,
I’ve recently launched a high-quality "Faceless" brand. My primary target is the US market, and I have a partner physically located in the USA who handles all my TikTok uploads to ensure a US-based IP and high RPM.
I have a few strategic questions regarding scaling this to other platforms:

  1. Content Originality & Cross-Posting: If I post the original raw file (no watermarks) on TikTok first, then wait 2–4 hours before posting on YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels, is there a risk of the other platforms flagging it as "unoriginal" content?

  2. Geographic Tagging: Since my TikTok is strictly managed from the US for algorithm reasons, can I personally upload the same videos to Instagram and YouTube from my location (Middle East) without "confusing" the algorithm? Or should my US partner handle all platforms to maintain a consistent US digital footprint?

  3. Algorithm Conflict: Does anyone have experience with a brand being successful on US TikTok while simultaneously being uploaded from a different region on other platforms?

Would appreciate any insights from those who have successfully scaled multi-platform brands from outside the US!
