Could be positive or negative. I'll start — I was at a coffee shop once and the guy in front of me paid for the person behind him without making a big deal out of it. Just quietly told the cashier and walked away. Something about the fact that he didn't want any recognition for it completely changed how I think about small acts of kindness.
