can playstyles become playstyle+?

like if i had a 60 ovr player with finesse shot and after a bit of growth, can he get finesse+?

Is this intentional?

i bought this card for my cousins birthday. its a tag 10, but i see whitening on almost all of the corners. the photos attached are of the bottom right corner which i thought had the most. is this intentionally printed on there as like a design or something? or did tag get it wrong? or something else maybe?
