I've had this issue for many years (from childhood) where I cannot sleep throughout the whole night, I always have to wake up many times randomly. Its a very annoying issue because of how inconsistent it is: I could wake up twice up to 5 times during my sleep. It's not simply at night but also at early mornings (5AM-9AM).
I used to think it was due to having a full family that woke up at different times, causing many disturbances for others but even when I grew up and they started leaving for trips, I would still keep waking up at random times.
I've tried many things like sleeping on my back, sleeping on my side, playing white noise or rain while sleeping, sleeping early or late, having a consistent sleeping schedule, but nothing seems to avail.
I'm not sure what to do anymore. Should I just accept it? Or is there something I'm missing. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
