Dark Horse (also known as DH Group), the employer/ founder Jimmy Singh scams employees and costumers.
They hire on backpacker website every week to sell car services for the mechanic Rapid Tune. You hand out flyers on private parking lots of malls to individuals. Eight and a half hours/day no breaks. Employees are forced to work extra hours, work under the sun, with no water nor food all day. Jimmy harrasses employees, insults them and threatens them. He scams employees by not paying anyone and fires every week.
The offices are in Collins Square in Melbourne, employees would gather there and be driven away 1 hour from the city and would have to take public transportation to get back. There is a big questionmark on insurance in case of a car accident. The CEO knows that the sales on parking lots are illegal and ignores the warnings from mall directors. The payments for the cards were 199 dollars, Jimmy would take cash, bank transfer, cheque or visa payment. Costumers are scammed because Jimmy makes false promises and doesn't reimburse costumers when they have the right to.
