Not sure if this is the right sub for this, but recently I ordered a ride in the empower rideshare app. The driver never arrived but I noticed that rather than cancelling, my status changed to "driver is waiting for you" then changed to ride has ended.
I tried calling the driver but it went straight to voicemail. Am I able to dispute this?
