So when I lay down it’s been happening for acouple months now I’ve been having bad flutters and sometimes like sharp zaps all in my chest. I get anxiety because of it but still try to overcome it. It’s been hard recently but I’ve noticed for me they come stronger when I get done drinking for a night. The will stay here strong for like 2 weeks. I’ve had an EKG done but that was like 5 months ago and they said I was good. They said it was anxiety but I’m too the point where I’m scared. What should I do and any tips and tricks?
