hey everyone i am one of the banking aspirant who is preparing whole heartedly to get this job . today i got message in whatsapp regarding renewal of pmjjby 436 for a year , the thing is that they enrolled me without my consent they neither asked me about it like you want this insurance or not they had direclty enrolled me , the ironic part is when I dealt with one of the psb earlier (which is often criticized for aggressive insurance selling), they actually asked me whether i want it or not and I said NO. (though this rrb is sponsored by same bank) That felt professional and transparent.
They enrolled me in a PMJDY account as well, but they didn’t tell me about it.
as someone who is preparing for this exam this feels very demotivating that we had to do the same ?
i want to ask should i complain it tomorrow i already had one insurance and i am a college going student what should i do kindly enlighten me
