I used a zyn today and it was horrible. I use a higher dose of nicotine patches occasionally but the zyn made my thoughts feel jumbled and also made my body feel like it does immediately preceding a sleep attack. At this point in time, I don‘t plan on doing another Zyn ever, and realize method of absorption probably makes a difference but has anyone ever experienced this? Am on provig but no sodium oxybates.
