I have a volcano hybrid and was fine for first bit but now when I remove the filling chamber to fill it or check the herb the bottom ring comes out of the supports.

I tried pushing the supports in but they are plastic and scared anymore pressure will break them. I looked it up online and apparently the older ones had the issue but the prongs were metal so was bit easier to fix.
