I've been teaching Korean for 8 years and currently tutor on Preply. There are tons of language apps out there, but I wanted to build one that *only* teaches Korean — so I packed in the actual roleplays, vocabulary, grammar, and homework/tests I use in my own classes.

We're in beta right now and need to pass this stage to launch on Android (iOS testing opens soon). It would mean a lot if you could install the app, keep it for 14 days, and actually use it.

**How to join (3 clicks)**

1. Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/handa-korean-testers
2. Opt in to the test: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.handakorean.app
3. Install from Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.handakorean.app

Then open the app at least once every few days for 14 days.

How it works

Signup → Onboarding quiz → AI teacher placement → And let the learning begin

Features

- Today's Mission — daily missions, basically your homework

- Today's Vocabulary — new words to study each day

- Today's Grammar — 3 grammar points recommended daily, at your level

- Today's Flashcard — a daily flashcard word

- Listen & Learn — audio mode for walking, driving, or background play. Reads out today's grammar, reading passage, and missions with explanations.

You can do all of this by texting OR by using voice input to actually pull Korean out of your mouth and practice speaking. There's also a word tip feature to support you mid-chat — don't be afraid to talk to your AI teacher in Korean.

**Free tier limits:** 10 turns per session, 20 sessions total (lifetime). (A "session" = one conversation window. A "turn" = one message you send.)

**Basic** — the Free features, but basically unlimited daily use.

**Pro** — everything in Basic + a call feature: phone your AI teacher 3 times a week for 15 min each and chat about anything in Korean.
