I posted previously. Got in an accident and the other driver was at fault. He filed the police report and I gave his insurance info to mine.

I’ve been told his insurance has not contacted him so he has not been placed at fault. It seems he did not report the accident.

My car is officially a write off

What can I do? Can I call his insurance and give them the collision report # so they can pull the report?

It’s a breach of contract for him to not report it or dodge his insurance from what I’ve read. So will I have to pursue him through a lawyer?
